Cancellation and Payment:

• Please give at least a 24-hour notice for cancellations, and cancel through a text message (510-566-1308).

• Payment: $90.00 for a 50-minute lesson.

• I accept cash, check or Venmo.

• The first two months include a follow-up text that cover three points from the lesson.

General Information:

• There is free parking on the side streets, and meters in front of the building. The suite is on the second floor, second door on the right (go right in - it’s a waiting room. I’ll come and bring you to my office).

• Wear comfortable clothes (no dresses or skirts unless long). You will remove your shoes, and for part of the session you will lie on a table on your back.

• Learning the Alexander Technique is learning a skill. Each session builds on previous sessions. If you can think of the Alexander Technique in between lessons, your progress will be faster. I encourage you to
